What is Leadership Warren County?

It’s the way to get more involved in the Warren community!

Leadership Warren County is an exciting nine-month program that brings together caring community-minded people involved in different occupations and interests from across the county. Partnerships are formed that improve the economic vitality and quality of life here.

The goals of the program include fostering a commitment to community trusteeship and to acquaint participants in the County’s resources, assets, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. By the end of the program, participants learn the skills and qualifications necessary to make a difference in the community.

Why Participate?

Leadership Warren County is a great way for those new to the area, as well as those who grew up here, to learn more about our community. It provides excellent networking opportunities and opens the doors for participants to become active citizens. This happens through the sharing of information and tools needed to become a successful leader.

In fact, nearly every graduate of the Leadership Warren County program has joined at least one of the area’s civic or charitable Boards of Directors and has increased civic participation in other ways.
