NPRC IS…

  • An open admissions college – you need a high school diploma or GED to enroll.
  • Student-focused
  • Neither an online college or a traditional, campus-based college. Classes are offered through video technology that enables face-to-face learning across our 9-county service area. This allows students and instructors the ability to interact in real-time through class instruction and meaningful discussion.
  • A college of opportunity where students can choose to complete classes on either a part-time or full-time basis.

NPRC OFFERS….

  • Classes in nine counties: Cameron, Crawford, Elk, Erie, Forest, McKean, Potter, Venango, and Warren.
  • Smaller class sizes. The student to faculty ratio is 10:1 with direct support from Student Success Specialists.
  • Classes after 2:00 p.m. in more than 25 community locations throughout the region. We partner with libraries, high schools, businesses, and existing community education entities to bring in video technology to power remote classroom learning right in your own community.
  • Institutional aid for students who qualify for traditional PHEAA and PELL aid.
